HOW THE CONTEST WORKS
Applicants have two ways to submit a screenplay:
- The Grand Prize winner will receive a budget of $50,000 in cash and value to produce, shoot and edit their script by an A-level Professional Working Production Team. You will have the choice to direct the piece yourself or have it directed by an Award-Winning Director.
- If the Grand Prize-winning screenplay is chosen from outside Los Angeles, domestic or international, a round trip plane ticket and hotel room will be provided to the writer and/or director for shoot days.
WRITERS
The Grand Prize-winning short film script will be put into production with a budget of $50,000 in cash and production services. Script 2 Screens will provide an Award-Winning Director and production team to create an A-Level product that you will be able to shop around to producers, agents, studio executives, and industry decision-makers.
If the Grand Prize-winning screenplay is chosen from outside Los Angeles, domestic or international, a round trip plane ticket and hotel room will be provided to the writer for shoot days.
DIRECTORS
The Grand Prize-winning short film script will be put into production with a budget of $50,000 in cash and production services. Script 2 Screens will provide an Award-Winning production team to support the director, should you choose to direct your own piece.
