HOW THE CONTEST WORKS

Applicants have two ways to submit a screenplay:

A) Submit a stand alone SHORT script (maximum of 30 pages in length) for consideration.

B) Submit a FEATURE length or TV PILOT script for which a proof of concept short will be produced.

  • The Grand Prize winner will receive a budget of $50,000 in cash and value to produce, shoot and edit their script by an A-level Professional Working Production Team. You will have the choice to direct the piece yourself or have it directed by an Award-Winning Director.
  • If the Grand Prize-winning screenplay is chosen from outside Los Angeles, domestic or international, a round trip plane ticket and hotel room will be provided to the writer and/or director for shoot days.
